DSA Transparency Report

Introduction

This report covers the content moderation activities of Adzerk, Inc. under the Digital Services Act (DSA) during the date range of January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024. 

We refer to “notices” as defined in the DSA as “user reports” and “reports.”

Description of our Content Moderation Practices

Our content moderation systems are designed and tailored to mitigate systematic risks without unnecessarily restricting the use of our service and fundamental rights, especially freedom of expression. 

Policies 

Kevel’s Customer Code of Conduct is publicly accessible. Instructions for reporting violations of this Code of Conduct can be found in the Code’s introductory section. 

Enforcement 

When determining whether to take enforcement action, we may consider a number of factors, including (but not limited to) whether: 

  • The behavior is directed at an individual, group, or protected category of people; 
  • The report has been filed by the target of the abuse or a bystander; 
  • The user has a history of violating our policies; 
  • The severity of the violation; and 
  • The content may be a topic of legitimate public interest. 

When we take enforcement actions, we may do so either on a specific piece of content or on an account. We may employ a combination of these options. To enforce our Code of Conduct, we rely on human review. Human moderators use important context to make decisions about potential violations.
